Sayed Abou Seif comes from an old and well known Siwan family, and as all boys grown up in this fantastic and wild oasis, love and deeply knows traditions, peoples, foods and environment of this historical sites and the impressive great sand sea that face the oasis. He started working very young with tourists, giving them, with his DONKEY CART the atmosphere of traveling in old centuries, between palms, lakes, temples and ruins of Pharaonic and Roman age. Somebody then discovered that he his also a good cook: while people take some relax he prepares the fantastic Siwan tea, hot and sweet, with a lovely taste of mint.
